What a swap involves, what we do not collect, who sees the swap details and for how long.

1What we do not collect
In plain words
No names, e-mail addresses, passwords or identity documents. No accounts, no cookies, no analytics or advertising trackers.
The service has no accounts, so it asks for nothing that identifies you: no name, no e-mail address, no password, no identity document. The site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts, icons and scripts are served from our own domain, so no third party sees your visit through them.
2What a swap involves
In plain words
The two addresses you enter, the amount, both transaction hashes and the time. We keep no database of swaps.
To arrange a swap, the form sends to our API the asset pair, the amount, the address you send from, the receiving address and, if the receiver needs one, a memo. Our API passes them to the liquidity partner that carries out the swap and returns the deposit address and the swap id.
We keep no database of swaps. Our server holds the details of a swap in memory for a few minutes at a time, only so that the status page can show them, and writes nothing to disk. When you come back to a status page later, the details are fetched from the partner again.
3How long it is kept
In plain words
On our side: minutes. With the partner: under its own policy. On the blockchains: permanently, as every transaction is.
On our side, swap details live in memory until the status cache expires, a few minutes after the swap is final. The liquidity partner keeps its own record of the swap for as long as its policy and its obligations require; that record is the partner's, not ours. The deposit and the payout are public blockchain transactions and stay visible on the explorers permanently.
4Who else sees it
In plain words
The liquidity partner that carries out the swap, and the hosting providers of the site and the API in their standard connection logs.
The liquidity partner receives the swap details listed above, because it executes the swap. The companies that host the site and the API see connection data, such as your IP address and the time of the request, in the standard logs of their platforms; we do not record IP addresses ourselves and do not link them to swaps.
If you write to support, your message and the address you wrote from stay in our mailbox for as long as handling the request takes. If you write to our Telegram bot, the conversation is kept by Telegram, which shows the bot your Telegram id, name and username and not your phone number; the bot passes messages on and keeps nothing.
5Your requests
