How a swap works
Two addresses and one transaction from you. No account is created at any point: you tell the form what you send and where the payout should go, send one deposit, and watch the swap on its status page.
Choose a pair and an amount.
Pick what you send and what you want to receive, including the network for tokens that live on several of them, such as USDT and USDC — USDT on TRON and USDT on TON are different routes with different fees. Enter the amount you send; the form shows how much arrives after the network fee, and the estimate refreshes every 60 seconds while you look at it. Each pair has a minimum and a maximum, shown next to the amount.
Give both addresses.
First the wallet you will send the deposit from — the swap is set up for that sender. Then the receiving address. It can be your wallet or someone else's — a seller, a friend, an exchange deposit address. The form checks that the address matches the network you chose and refuses one that cannot receive the coin. If the receiver is an exchange on a network that uses a memo or destination tag (TON, XRP, Stellar, Hedera), paste that field too.
Send the deposit.
You get a one-time deposit address for this swap and the exact amount to send. Send it in one transaction, from the wallet whose address you gave — you never connect a wallet or sign anything on this site. Keep the link to the status page: it is the only record of the swap on your side.
Wait for confirmations.
The swap starts after the sending network confirms the deposit: 1 confirmation on TRON, 2 on Bitcoin, 5 on Monero, 15 on Ethereum. The status page moves from waiting to confirming to exchanging, then to sending. The final amount is set at the moment your deposit confirms, at the rate in force then.
Receive.
The payout goes to the address you gave, from a payout address rather than from your wallet. The status page shows both transaction hashes — your deposit and the payout — with links to the block explorers, so the receiver can check the payment without knowing anything about you. If something looks stuck, write to support with the swap ID from the status page.
What we ask for
- the amount
- the address you send from
- the receiving address
- a memo, where the receiver needs one
What we never ask for
- an e-mail
- a password
- a wallet connection or signature
- your seed phrase
The rate
Floating. The estimate follows the market while you look at the form and the final amount is set when your deposit confirms, so a fast network keeps the estimate and the payout close, a slow one leaves more room for the market to move. The network fee is taken out of the payout and is shown before you send. Fixed-rate swaps are not offered yet.
Time
| Sending network | Time |
|---|---|
| ≈ 2–5 min | |
| ≈ 4–10 min | |
| ≈ 11–24 min | |
| ≈ 21–44 min |
The status page
Each swap has its own page: the site address, /status/ and the swap ID. It shows the stage the swap is in, the one-time deposit address and the exact amount while the deposit is awaited, the amounts, and both transaction hashes with links to the block explorers.
Bookmark the link or copy it from the page: there is no account to log back into, and the page is the only record of the swap on your side. If you lose it, write to support with the deposit transaction hash and we will find the swap.
