What Sablebolt is, what it keeps, and how to reach us with a formal request.

1. What we are. Sablebolt is an account-free swap service. It does not hold customer balances and has no user accounts.
2. What we do not collect. Names, e-mail addresses, passwords, identity documents. The site has no cookies and no advertising or analytics trackers.
3. What a swap leaves with us. The two addresses you entered, the amounts, both transaction hashes and the time — held in memory for minutes to serve the status page. We keep no database of swaps.
4. Who carries out the swap. Swaps are executed through a liquidity partner, which applies its own rules to every deposit and keeps its own record of the swap.
5. Reports about an address. Send them to [abuse@sablebolt.io](mailto:abuse@sablebolt.io) with the swap id or the transaction hash. We pass them to the partner; the decision on the swap is the partner's.
6. Requests from authorities. Send them to [compliance@sablebolt.io](mailto:compliance@sablebolt.io). We answer requests made in due form; the swap record itself is held by the partner.
